Conditions for Eligibility
To be eligible for member benefits, you must:
- Submit all required membership details and documents.
- Ensure your membership fees are paid up to date.
- Complete your membership details and documents by following .
- Pay your outstanding membership fee by following Pay Now.
How to Get Your Membership QR Code
If you have submitted all necessary documents and paid your membership fees, you should have received an email containing your Membership QR Code.
If you do not have your QR code, please follow the steps outlined under “How to Generate Your Membership QR Code.”
How to Generate Your Membership QR Code
Follow the steps below to create your QR code:
- Visit the QR Code Generator
- Enter your Membership Number.
- Select a validating method from the dropdown under the “Validate Using” field.
- If you select Mobile Number, enter your registered mobile number.
- If you select Email, enter your registered email address.
- Click on the Generate QR Code button.
- Your QR code will appear on the right side of the screen.
- Click Download QR Code to save it to your device.
- Save the downloaded QR code and whenever you claim for benefits, show the QR code in your phone to the supplier.
